Coletivo Delas is a community organization co-founded by Ana Grasel and Brenda Viegas — two Brazilian immigrants who understood firsthand that building a career in a new country takes more than skill. It takes people.
Coletivo Delas was established in October 2022 as a space for Brazilian women to share their career experiences while supporting and elevating each other.
We believe that our unique skills and personalities can be strengthened and highlighted when shared in a room that fosters empowerment and vulnerability. We believe in accountability, in debating ideas, and collective growth.
What started as a small Sunday morning meetup has grown into a community of 80+ women across the Bay Area — with a podcast, a book club, monthly speaker events, and an annual vision board tradition that marks the start of each new year together.
